     Mustard Sauce for Corned Beef

Ingredients
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Standard Plain Flour
2 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
1 Cup Water or Cooking Liquid from Corned Beef
1/4 Cup DYC Malt Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
 

Instructions
Beat egg and sugar together in a pot.
Add flour and mustard.
Stir in water and vinegar gradually.
Cook over a low heat until mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adding more sugar if necessary.
Serving Suggestions
This sauce can be served with pickle or corned beef.
