Ingredients

	1 1/2 cups sugar
	1 cup buttermilk
	1/2 cup bisquit mix (recommended:Bisquick)
	1 /3 cup butter, melted
	1 tsp Vanilla
	3 eggs


Instructions


Preheat oven to 350* grease a 9-inch pie pan


Mix all ingredients together with mixer for 1 minute.


Pour into pie pan, bake for about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.




Serving Suggestions

Best if served with whipped cream and fresh berries.
