     Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients
8 medium size apples peeled, cored, sliced
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp. baking soda
 
TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
2 TBS cornstarch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix ingredients together bake for 25 minutes
mix topping items together, cook on stovetop boil until thick spread on top of cake.
