     Richest, Moistest Chocolate Cake EVER

1 3/4 c flour
2 c sugar
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa pwd
1 1/2 t baking soda
3/4 t salt
2 large eggs
1 c buttermilk (can make by putting 1 T white vinegar in cup and then filling with milk. rest 5 min.
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 T vanilla
1 c. brewed hot coffee

preheat oven to 350. grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, making soda and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk, butter and vanilla and beat until smooth. Stir in hot coffee. batter will be very runny.
Pour into bans and bake for 35 min. Allow to cool 15 min, then run a butter knife around edges and invert to remove from pan. Let cool completely before frosting.
Serving Suggestions
Frost with any fudgy icing or marshmallow icing.
