     Sausage McGriddle Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
8 frozen eggo homestyle waffles, cubed
1 lb MAPLE breakfast sausage
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1 1/4 c milk
1/4 c MAPLE syrup
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
brown and break apart sausage and drain fat
Grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Add half the waffles in a single layer, top with half the sausage and 1/2 the cheese. repeat with remaining waffles, sausage and cheese.
Whisk together eggs, milk and syrup and salt and pepper and pour evenly over casserole.
wrap with plastic and place in fridge for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day. (I usually let it sit overnight) Take out of fridge and stick it in the oven while it's preheating. Once oven comes to temp...Bake at 325 for 45-50 min. If you double this, it will take longer to cook.
Serving Suggestions
drizzle with more maple syrup when serving.
