Ingredients
6 garlic cloves, unpeeled
1 med red bell pepper
1 Med poblano pepper
1/4 c finely chopped green onions
2 TBLS chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 ripe peeled avocado, seeded and coarsely mashed
 

Instructions
1. preheat oven 450 2. wrap garlic cloves in foil; bake 450 for 15 mins or until soft. let cool slightly; remove skins. place garlic in a bowl and mash with a for. 3. preheat broiler 4. cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes. place peppers halves, skin side up on a foil-lined baking sheet; flatten with hand. broil 15 mins or until blackened turning frequently. place in a zip-lock plastic bag; seal. let stand 15 mins. peel and finely chop. add peppers, onions, and next 4 ingredients (through avocado) to mashed garlic; stir well.
