     Glacier Mint Pie

Ingredients
1 1/3 c (26-28) Thin Mint cookies, crushed
5 T melted butter or margarine
1 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c crushed peppermint candy
 
Instructions
CRUST- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter or margarine. Press into pie pan and chill. FILLING- Combine ice cream and crushed candy and spoon into crust. Cover and freeze until firm. OPTION- Garnish with additional crushed cookies or shaved chocolate.
