     Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
2 to 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Chicken breasts (poached and diced or shredded)I microwave mine, finely cut
1 cup finely diced celery
Hot wing sauce to taste
1 and ½ cups of Monterey Jack cheese
 

Instructions
Mix 1 cup of the cheese with all other ingredients. If the chicken and celery are finely cut and diced, then mash everything together with a potato masher. Press into 9x13 pan. Add the rest of the cheese on top and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. I bake it covered with aluminum so the cheese does not brown or burn.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with celery, Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers, or Tortilla Chips.
