cut staek into strips set aside cut onion into strips cut peppers into strips cook onion and peppers first in veg oil then when cooked take pepper and onions out put in bowl then put staek with veg oil cook then add fegita seasoning mix vegtables in serve on tortilla top with sour cream or mix sour cream in mixture top with cheese.
