     Spicy Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 jalepeno, coarsely chopped
2 cups asiago cheese (or 1-2 cups provolone)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 ounces baby spinach
3 oz. arugula
1/4 cup olive oil
 

Instructions
1. in a food processor, combine pine nuts, garlic, jalepeno, cheese, salt and pepper. Process until mixture is smooth. Add the spinach and arugula and process until blended. WIth the machine running, gradually add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
