     Chia seed pudding

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups almond milk
1 1/4 cups of coconut milk
3 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
Taosted coconut or almods for topping
 

Instructions
In a 1 quart jar combine milks, vanilla and syrup--mix well. Add chai seeds and mix well Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. Top with topping of your choice
You may want to try adding 2 tsp grated lemon rind for a change.
