Seperate crescent dough into 4 tectangles. Press perforations to seal. Spread with sugar and cinnamon mixture, sprinkle with raisins. Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle. Cut each roll into 5 pieces. Place cut side down on greased 8 or 9 inch pan. Bake 17-23 mins till golden brown. Combine powdered sugar and milk, drizzle over rolls. Makes 20
