1 LB fresh mushrooms, each about 1 to 1 1/2 inch in diameter
4 Tblsp butter, melted
Instructions
Combine cheese, egg, bread crumbs, garlic and butter. Blend thoroughly. Remove stems from mushrooms, place unfilled mushrooms round side up on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 mins, till lightly browned. Remove from broiler. Turn mushrooms, fill each with cheese mixture. Return to broiler, broil 1 to 2 mins. more. Makes 3 dozen.
