     HAWAIIAN SALAD

Ingredients
8 cups cooked and cubed chicken
2 cups sliced celery
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 Lbs seedless grapes/halved
2 cups toasted slivered almonds
DRESSING-
3 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp curry
 
2 Tblsop soy sauce
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Combine dressing and chicken salad, chill for at least 3 hours or over night. Before serving, add 1 large can of pineapple chunks, (drained)Sprinkle with paprika. This is for a large group, I keep the dressing mix already made up in the frig. Then I can use as much or as little as I want. I even use it as mayonnaise on a chicken salad sandwich.
