     Mom’s Crab Cakes

1 lb crab meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire
1-2 tsp regular mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Oil/butter for fying
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except oil for fying. If too dry, add more mayo
