Peel cucumbers leaving on a bit of skin. Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Wash off salt. Cut cucumber in pieces about 3" long. Use an apple corer and take out the center. Insert a crab stick in the hole. Cut the cucumber into 1/4" slices. Insert a toothpick
through to hold in the crab. Soak in marinade until ready to serve.
