7UP Cake

Ingredients

 1 stick butter
-
 ¼ cup Crisco oil

 1 ½ cup sugar
-
 3 eggs
-
 1 ½ cup flour
-
 ½ tsp baking powder
-
 ½ cup 7UP
-
 ½ tsp lemon and vanilla extract
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350F. Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on top and serve!
