     Meatloaf / Meat Balls

Ingredients
2 Lb Hamburger
1 Lb Bulk Pork Sausage
1/2 C Bread Crumbs
1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 C Onions
1/4 C Green Peppers
Worcestershire (3 or 4 squirts)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all ingredients in bowl. (for meatballs see below.) Shape into a loaf and place in meat loaf pan Sprinkle with course black pepper Bake in oven uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs
At one hour cut middle to check to see if done.
This can be made ahead of time and frozen. Allow to thaw before cooking
For meatballs form into 2 1/2 oz balls (about 21). Broil until cooked through. Trun often to keep from burning. Serve with brown gravey and mashed potatoes. Freezes well. To reheat thaw balls. Make gravey and warm balls in gravey.
Serving Suggestions
Serve meatloaf with baked potatoes and Blueberry muffins
