1 pkg 10 oz spinach chopped roughly lg stems taken off
grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Melt marg in a lg saucepan. Add garlic and cook 2-3 min on med. heat. Add broth plus 2 cans water and tortelini. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min. Add tomatoes and spinach. Simmer 5 more min. Top each serving with Parmesan.
