     Pecan-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
2 6oz Salmon Fillets
2T. Mayo
1/2 c. Finely chopped Pecans
1/3 c. Bread crumbs or Crushed Corn Flakes
2 T. Parmesan Cheese
1T. Butter
 

Instructions
Place Salmon skin side down in a greesed cookie sheet. Spread 1T of mayo over each fillet
Small bowl, combine pecans, bread/corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, mix them add 1T butter. Mix again. Spoon over salmon on top of the mayo. Bake 425 for 15 minutes.
