     Conchiglie barbecue pork

Ingredients
2 medium pork steaks
1/2-1 onion
6-10 slices of courgettes (more if desired)
1/2 sweet pepper
1/2-1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
A pinch of salt
1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes
2-3 tbsp of HP BBQ sauce
 
2 tbsp of sour cream
1/2 cup of water
A few leaves of spinach

Instructions
Cut pork into small pieces, about 1 cm each, mix it with paprika,salt and pepper. Heat the frying pan and add olive oil. Fry pork around 3-4 minutes and then add courgettes, when meat is getting a little bit brownish add chopped onions and fry it until the onion is half golden brown, then add sweet pepper, after it is nearly ready add chopped spinach.
Move the meat with vegetables into a saucepan and add chopped tomatoes and water. Leave it to stew for about 5-7 minutes or until the water is halved down. Then add BBQ sauce and sour cream. Mix the sauce with pasta. Serve with a cherry tomatoes/parsley and a bit of parmesan.
