Cut pork into small pieces, about 1 cm each, mix
it with paprika,salt and pepper. Heat the frying
pan and add olive oil. Fry pork around 3-4 minutes
and then add courgettes, when meat is getting a
little bit brownish add chopped onions and fry it
until the onion is half golden brown, then add
sweet pepper, after it is nearly ready add
chopped spinach.
