     Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
Layer 1-
5 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can green chiles
1-8 oz carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
Layer 2-
8 corn tortillas, cut into strips
 
Layer 3-
2 cups cheddar or mont jack cheese

Instructions
Mix ingredients from layer 1 together.
Spray 9x13 pan and layer 2-3 times. Pour 1 can of rotel on top. Cover and Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour (covered).
