     Spanish Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 T oil
4 bonless skinless chicken breasts
1 med green pepper chopped
1 can 14 oz Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 c frozen peas
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp tumeric
1 1/2 c instant white rice uncooked
 

Instructions
Heat oil in lg non stick frying pan med high heat. Add chicken onion green pepper cooking until chiken is cooked through turning hiccken and veggies.
Add remaining ingreient. Bring to boil cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff w fork. OK I don't like instant white rice so I pre cook partly brown rice for this and finish cooking the tomato chicken mixture down with the rice.
