     Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
2 lg cloves garlic minced
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T water
1/4 c mayo or mircle whip
2 tsp worchestershire
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c olive oil
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except oil. Slowly whisk oil into other ingredients to imulsify.
This is great as in 5 star. Serve over torn romain lettuce with shaved parmesan. Good with Shrimp Lemon Linguini. Also as a romain shrimp salad.
