TIP- if you can't get chopped dates, chop the dates
and roll the pieces in some of the sugar, so they
don't stick together
Method- Set oven at 325 deg.F / 165 deg.C
Mix eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla essence; add
flour, baking powder and salt. Add dates and nuts.
Stir well. Bake in pyrex dish for 30 - 40 min.
when a little cool, cut into bars
