Brown onion in oil.
Stir in Paprika.
Add potatoes, cover with water.
Add Green pepper and Sausage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil.
Cook for 30-45 min. until potatoes tender.
Can also be made on stove then put in crock pot on
low to keep all day.
