crush biscuits into smooth biscuit crumbs and put
into bowl with 85 grams melted unsalted cooking
butter put into a cake tin lined with cooking paper
and into fridge to set.
mix 2 packets of jelly into a jar with 500 mils of
boiling water, add 1 cup of frozen fruits and allow
to cool slightly, then add cream stir through.
Pour jelly and cream mix onto biscuit base and put
back into fridge and allow to set

Suggestions
serve with fresh whipped cream and a side of fruits.
