1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can shoe peg corn
1 med jar red pimentos
1 large green bell pepper (chopped)
1 med 3-inch onion (chopped)
Marinade-
3/4 C sugar
 
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/2 C vinegar
1/4 C tyger sauce
Instructions
Marinate overnight, drain before serving
