4 cups assorted chopped/shredded veg (cabbage, bell peps, cukes, red onion, etc)
2 T canola oil
2 T cider vinegar
1/4 C seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 T sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients in sealed jar and
store until ready to use (can prepare a few days
ahead of time). Toss veggies with dressing and serve, or let marinate a
few hours.
