Mix vegetables into bowl or dump bag into bowl.
Make dressing.
Dressing:
3c Granulated sugar
2c White Vinegar
1c Canola oil
Boil Vinegar and sugar, stirring until sugar is melted. Remove from heat, add oil. Mix well and cool. Store in mason jar with tight lid for easy mixing. Pour onto mix at service or before.

This is good for hot days out, when you don't really want a cream based dressing.
