     Bread Pudding-Cinnamon Raisin

Ingredients
1 pound cinnamon-raisin bread,cut into cubes
6 eggs, beaten
2/3 Cup plus 1 Tbl. sugar
2 Cups milk
1 Cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 Cup butter, melte
 

Instructions
Put the bread cubes into a buttered 9 X 13 baking dish. Combine the eggs, 2/3 Cup sugar, milk, cream and vanilla.
Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Sprinkle the top with cinnamon, 1 Tbl. sugar, and pour the melted butter over. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes.
NOTE- We made this for breakfast and it tasted like fresh cinnamon rolls.
