|
Put fish on a cookie sheet. Pour a little wine over the fish. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.

Gently saute butter and garlic in a frying pan and then pour over the fish.
|
|
|
Add salt, pepper and paprika to fish.
|
|
|
Bake 20 - 30 minutes. Then broil fish for a few minutes until finished.
