Preheat to 350 degrees. whisk egg and milk. dip chicken in mix then bread crumbs.heat oil and add chicken. cook 3 to 4 min on each side. put mozzarella on chicken, pour sauce and sprinkle parmesan. bake 10 to 15 min.
