     5 Minute Fudge

Ingredients
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Vanilla (use GOOD vanilla, I use Watkins PURE)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
Instructions
Mix milk, sugar and salt over medium heat until all is melted together and boiling. Then cook 5 minutes, stirring CONSTANTLY.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are all melted.
Pour into buttered 9x9 dish and cool completely.
Cut into bite sized pieces when well cooled.
