     Chickpea Hummus

Ingredients
1 cup cooked (canned) chick peas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon parsley
 

Instructions
Process all ingredients until smooth. Chill before serving. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables, put a spoonful on halved tomatoes and sprinkle chopped chives over them. Use in sandwiches instead of margarine or butter. Use as a spread on toast.
