Beat eggs with half and half. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, zest & vanilla.

Soak both sides of bread in the mixture for a couple of minutes. Fry in melted butter or shortening until brown on both sides. About 2 minutes each side.

|
|
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with butter and syrup or honey.
