Beat eggs and mix with salt and cream or milk. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 1 1/2 cups. Using remaining 1/2 cup sprinkle some flour on cutting board to roll out dough. Using a rolling pin roll out to very thin. Add flour as needed to prevent sticking. Slice noodles to size and length you want.
Drop noodles in boiling water, add chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes. Size of pan will determine if you can cook noodles all at once or in batches.
To make Crumblies- Melt butter in fry pan. Add bread crumbs and stir constantly until crumbs are golden brown. Put noodles and chicken in serving bowl and sprinkle with crumbs
