     Roasted Tilapia, Clementines, Spinach Salad

Ingredients
2 tsp poppy seeds
1/8 tsp sea salt
10 cups baby spinach salad
8 seedles clementines, peeled and segmented
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
4 Tbls olive oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place tilapia fillets on baking sheet and drizzle 2 Tblsp olive oil over tilapia. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done. Let stand
For dressing, in medium size bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, agave, poppy seeds, and salt.
In large salad bowl toss dressing with spinach, clementines, walnuts, pomegranate seeds. Top with tilapia fillets. Enjoy!
