Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay crescent dough flat on bottom of cake pan and bake according to package directions. Brown ground beef, and mix in chopped olives & green chiles. Add 8 oz sour cream and as much of the shredded cheese you want to ground beef mixture. Once the crescent rolls are done baking, pour ground beef mixture on top. Layer top of ground beef with crushed nacho chips, and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
