Ingredients
larger bag of carrots
oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix carrots with oil and seasonings. Put on a cookie sheet with sides. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Mix with extra oil, honey and balsamic vinegar. Bake for another 5 mintues.
