Preheat oven to 120 C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Use an electric mixer to beat eggwhites until peaks form and it is fluffy.Add the sugar abit at a time. continue beating until sugar disolves and mixture is thick and glossy.Add cornflour and the vanilla, fold until just combined.
