Ingredients
4 eggwhites
1 cup (215g) caster sugar
1 tbs cornflour
2 tps orange blossom water/ or vinilla
 

Instructions
1. preheat ovento 120. line an oven tray with baking paper. use an eletric mixer to beat eggwhites in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks from. add the sugar, 1 tablespoonful at a time, beating well between each addition. continue beating until suger dissovels and mixtuer is thick and glossy.add cornflour and half the orange blossom water/ or vanilla and use a metal spoon to fold until just combined.
2.spoon 4 poritions of mixtuer onto the tray. use a knife to smooth the surface.
3. bake for 1 hour or until the surface is dry. turn the oven off and set aside, with the dooor open, for 1 hour or until cooled to room temperatuer.
