Preheat oven 350 F. Combine 1st 9 ingredients and pout ½ into greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle ½ of chip mixture on top of batter. Cover with remaining ½ of batter and top with remaining chip mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 F
