Boil 2 sticks butter with water and cocoa. Blend with flour, sugar and salt. Beat eggs with sour cream and soda. Blend with flour mixture. Bake at 400 on ungreased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for 15 minutes. Leave in pan.
Icing- Bring the oleo, cocoa and milk to a boil.
Add p. sugar , vanilla and nuts.
Pour icing over hot cake.
