     St. Patricks Angel Salad

Ingredients
2 (3oz) pkgs lime jello
2 c. hot water
2 (3oz) pkgs cream cheese
small can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2oz jar pimientos, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
 

Instructions
Mix jello with very hot water until dissolved; set aside until cool. Mash cheese, add pineapple, celery, pimientos and nuts. Fold this mixture into cooled Jello and chill until it begins to thicken. Whip cream until stiff and fold into jello. Pour into mold, rinsed in cold water, and chill until firm.
