     Jello Mold

Ingredients
2 large packages of sugar-free Jello
2 cups fresh fruit in bite size pieces
1 cup quartered or halved walnuts.
 

Instructions
Dissolve in six cups of hot water. Let cool and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours until it has started to jell a little.
Cut up two cups fresh fruit in bite size pieces. Do not use fruit that is juicy as that will make the jello watery and will not jell firmly.
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate in a mold, preferably overnight.
