2 cans kidney or black beans, drained and rinsed OR 3 cups cooked dry beans (WIC food)
1/2 cup celery, chopped (WIC food)
2 Tbsp green onion, chopped (WIC food)
1/8 tsp pepper
6 Tbsp salad dressing (Italian, caesar or other favorite dressing)
For variation, add- 1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
Instructions
Mix chicken, beans, celery, green onion, pepper and parsley in a large bowl.
Add salad dressing and stir gentley to combine.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
