     No bake peanut butter balls

Ingredients
¼ cup honey
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup uncooked oats
 

Instructions
Combine honey and peanut butter. Gradually work in nonfat dry milk and oats. Shape in small balls. Makes 2 dozen
According to Kevin: These never come out right – add more oats or peanut butter to get the consistency right – they shouldn’t be oily, they should be almost falling apart.
This recipe contains as much protein as 1 pound of meat, as much calcium and riboflavin as 1 ½ quarts of milk; nearly as much iron and thiamine as 1 pound of enriched bread; and as much niacin as 2 pounds of enriched bread.
