Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Heat oil in large
pot over medium heat. Add onion, green pepper and
garlic; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or
until onion is tender. Add chicken, cook and stir
constantly for 4 minutes or until chicken is
lightly browned.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Add beans.
Cook, uncovered for for 20 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
