     Sweet Potato Puffs

Ingredients
4 lg. sweet potatoes, peeled
4 T. melted butter
4 T. brown sugar
4 T. heavy cream
1/2 to 1 c. pecans
cornflakes, slightly crushed
lg marshmallows
 

Instructions
Boil spuds til tender. Whip until smooth and add butter, sugar and cream. Add nuts and blend. Form balls of sweet potatoes around the mallows. Roll each ball in crushed cornflakes. Place in casserole dish and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
